Don’t get too excited about the Wolverine MVP 9120 portable media player, because we’ve tested it and it’s pretty much a hunk of crap. Sure, its world’s-largest 120GB hard drive captures your attention, but then when you notice that it’s incompatible with lots of video formats, it feels positively huge in your hand in its user interface is nearly unintelligible, your enthusiasm quickly deflates into a negative state.

The first thing that you notice about the Wolverine MVP 60GB is the glossy, bright red case. Once you’re past that, the MVP is a capable media storage device with a 7 in 1 card reader, and some fun features that can handle your pictures, movies, music, and whatever other media you want to take with you when you don’t have a notebook.
